Our attorneys assist with design, implementation, and operation of benefit plans.  These include retirement plans, medical plans, medical reimbursement plans, and disability plans. Our attorneys have experience with executive compensation, employee benefit matters, prohibited transactions, ERISA fiduciary responsibilities, plan distributions and terminations, and discrimination testing.

 Our attorneys can assist with the design, drafting and implementation of  the following types of plans:

401(k) profit sharing plans [safe harbor, cross tested and solo];
