It is important to have all your estate planning documents in place and up to date. We will be reviewing your Healthcare Power of Attorney, HIPAA Authorization, Living Will, Medical Orders for Scope of Treatment, and Uniform Organ Donation. We want to make sure that you know who is in charge and has the authority to make decisions on your behalf, should something happen to you.
