Professional Responsibilities
Tim J. Parks is an experienced associate at attorney Davis Schilken, PC. Mr. Parks enjoys educating others on the topics of estate planning, estate and trust settlement, business planning, tax planning, and more. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Mr. Parks worked as an Intern with Davis Schilken, PC and the Albany County Prosecuting and Attorney’s Office in Albany County, Wyoming.

Tim J. Parks focuses his area of practice on Wills, trusts, general estate planning, estate and trust settlement, and some advanced planning. With three children of his own, Mr. Parks particularly enjoys planning for young families.

Get to Know
Tim’s favorite place in Colorado is Loveland Pass. With Spring being his favorite season, you will most often find him golfing, hiking, or taking his 3 children to the park. He also enjoys playing boardgames, BBQs, and sunset evenings with his family. Moe’s Original BBQ is his favorite place to eat.

One thing he likes about Davis Schilken, PC is that everyone works together so well as a great team! His favorite law movie – A Few Good Men.
